Type of Slot of POLISHING TOOLSs:

Type W: Suitable for deep cutting for harder materials.
Type N: Minimizes chipping at corners and edges for materials cut, recommended for finer job requirements.
Type M: Suitable for slower cutting speed but longer tool life.

Handy Diamond Saws Code No. Specifications:
1. Follow the types of saw, All are indicated by 4 digits.
2. First 2 digits: Diameter in inch size.
3. Third digit: Reserved.
4. Fourth digit: Type of diamond grade. 1 is in irregular shape, 9 is in highest blocky.
Example

The "EAS" saw (photo in the left middle) can achieve better cutting than the segment type. Recommended for wet cutting. Type “EAS” has only one offer:106mm x 2mm x 20/16mm.

The “TEB” saw (photo in left below)can be used for both wet and dry cutting. It can not only be free cutting but also free chipping.(Normally contiune type can’t cut without cooling and also has loading problem. For segment type saw, the concussion caused by the open slots during operation will make side edge chipped.)

Diamond Frame Blades & Mounted Saws
Diamond Frame Saws:                 *C/No.704*
When large blocks of marble, limestone or sandstone are transported from the mines to industrial plants, tens of diamond frame saws are used to slice them into slabs.
The maximum length of the stone blocks to be cut must be within one meter or less than the length of the frame saw. It is best to maintain the blocks as regular in shape as possible. As the irregularity of the blocks will induce uneven tensioning of the blades.
Besides, this causes much vibration and deformity of the blades, thus, reducing the efficiency.
Further more, this will result in the unbalanced and faster wear of the diamond segments.

Type MSC is with continue rim, MSS is with Segments and both in 6mm shaft & 45mm total length. For the full Code No. please follow the Type MSC or MSS with saw diameter, like MSC-50 (50mm continue rim mounted saw) or MSS-25 (25mm segment mounted saw). Diamond Core Drills & Profile Grinding Wheels

Diamond core drills are mainly used on profiling machines or drilling machines to perform drills for fountains, column bases, for panels anchorage, for kitchen and bathroom plans.
To ensure the optional used for any possible applications, the sizes from 1” up to 12” are available with diamond sintered segments. For small diameters from 4mm up to 25mm are with diamond rings typed MCDR.
